As part of its digital transformation, Creacard continued with BayBridgeDigital its 360° adoption of Salesforce by adding the Marketing Cloud brick and its functionalities to the elements already integrated by the BayBridgeDigital teams.
BayBridgeDigital has implemented the Marketing Cloud solution for Creacard and its Advertising Studio and Social Studio bricks. Our teams have integrated CREACARD transactional data from the CRM "Core" via connector and file deposit on an FTP in Marketing Cloud. We set up a customer journey, 2 triggers (email/sms) and 5 standard reports. BayBridgeDigital also provided training and best practices for the adoption of the solution by the users.
